Stayed for one night here, perfect location, close to the city centre. Very attentive staff, very clean throughout. Warm welcome at reception, all instructions given clearly. Bedroom nice size, everything that was needed in the room. Bathroom ok, toilet is a bit of a squeeze. Dinning/bar area all nicely laid out. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. There is a very small car park at rear, but on a first come first served basis, but very handy if you can park there, £22 for 24 hours.

Exceptional hotel. I will absolutely be staying here again. Rajeev, what an absolute gent on arrival and throughout my stay. He extended a warm welcome in a friendly, professional manner and paid careful attention to ensure I had everything that I needed. I was visiting the area to present at a conference and shared this with this member of staff. He wished me well, and when I returned later that day, he kindly asked, with genuine care and interest, how it went. That level of customer care, Rajeev went above and beyond. His level of professionalism was met with the same level of care from the breakfast staff. Every morning, I was greeted with warmth, friendliness, and a deep sense of pride in her work. I didn't take her name, but I would like to express my gratitude for her attention to detail and courtesy.

Really welcoming staff, fantastic location, extremely quiet (for a great night's sleep). Excellent breakfast. We were also able to leave our luggage both prior and after check in/out.

Me and my girlfriend spent a night here mid January 2026 and were made very welcome, we will definitely be returning. Ps keep up the good work.

great place to stay, easy walking to town centre and attractions but quiet enough to sleep well. Local parking is tricky and spaces in the hotel car park are very limited. The stay was made by the attitude of the staff who were unfailingly accommodating, caring and welcoming.
