We stayed at The Henrietta for one night in April and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and couldn’t do enough for us from the moment we arrived. A special mention to Suban on reception, who was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Nora served us a fantastic breakfast—she was friendly, welcoming, and an absolutely brilliant waitress. We truly appreciated her service and the positive start she gave to our day.

Lovely stay , staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed in cosy room a few doors down from main hotel . Lovely room and lots of stylish touches and interesting art works . Great location just 10 mins away from centre and 2 mins from Putnelary bridge . Would definitely recommend

Great little hotel for the price, friendly staff and close to the city centre. All in all a great experience.

Room was fairly spacious and comfortable, there was a gaming console aswell as a tv included which was a nice touch. The general atmosphere and aesthetic was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
