Situated on a Georgian terrace, my luxuriousl room was at the front of the ground floor. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was cosy and free from external noise with a very comfortable mattress. The bathroom was quite magnificent, with a wet room style shower, but was marred by having a poor flow of water. The location was superb: just a short walk to the railway station and shopping area. I had terrific value for money and would recommend this hotel

I stayed here with my friend who is recovering from chemotherapy treatment so needed a bit of TLC. Was greeted warmly by Aman on reception and looked after us throughout our stay. Rooms were lovely (loved the chandeliers!) and spacious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was a good choice of continental or cooked. Both very good and served from the table so much better than a buffet where it's a free for all. My only snag is our evening meal on our first night was very disappointing, but our overall stay was excellent. Thanks again!

Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully presented, making our visit truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Rajeev for his outstanding service and assistance throughout our stay. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with any questions or requests. His warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed and added a personal touch to our experience. Thank you, Rajeev, and the entire Henrietta Hotel team for making our stay so memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bath and look forward to returning in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Henrietta House. The building is beautiful, full of character, and maintained to a very high standard. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, and the staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I was particularly grateful for how accommodating the team were regarding parking. As I am currently awaiting a Blue Badge, I was concerned about being able to park close to the hotel, but the staff were very understanding and did their best to assist, which made a real difference to my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the hot shower was excellent after a day exploring Bath. Overall, a wonderful experience in a great location. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
