"Marvellous hotel"

The Hotel HARBR. in Heilbronn is excellent. It was a big surprise to me the fact that I had booked such a good hotel just by chance. It's not close to the town center but that's also an advantage for not sedentary people. The walk from the hotel to the center, partly alongside the River Neckar is very nice and interesting. The hotel building is apparently soundproof. The rooms are therefore indeed peaceful. Besides, they are comfortable, at least that I was allocated, and well furnished and lit up by daylight thanks to their large windows. From some of the rooms one can contemplate a nice view over the stated river. The staff members are extremely kind and helpful, particularly the ones working at the front desk. During my stay there was a Portuguese receptionist who is a lovely lady. She helped me a lot in finding out on the map the most interesting places to be visited in Heilbronn. Likewise, one of the waitresses working at the restaurant at breakfast time, also Portuguese, is diligent and friendly. The breakfast was good. In the relevant buffet there was all that is needed to quench one’s hunger for some time. Everything is of an excellent quality. This is really remarkable as regards the pastry, but also the fruit, which is fresh and tasty, especially the sweet fruit. On account of its decoration, the restaurant is a very pleasant place. Besides, there isn't hardly any noise and on the days I stayed at the Hotel, there was no music. Therefore, the atmosphere was optimum for enjoying the breakfast. Apart from that, there is a robot helping the personnel concerned, which might sometimes be very amusing. By and large, therefore, the hotel fulfills nearly all the conditions for assuring a stupendous sojourn in Heilbronn. It's beyond any doubt a recommendable place to stay in that city. I would very much like to stay again at that Hotel.

Beautiful really clean room with excellent bathroom contemporary styling. Free parking on site. Amazing breakfast with plenty of selection just off the autobahn nicely located by the River. Ideally for a transit stop. Friendly staff, highly recommend.

"Great atmosphere, better customer service"

I was only meant to stay at the hotel for one evening, but after I checked out I discovered that my appointment I was in the area for was moved back a day, so I needed to stay another night. Despite being hours before check in, they put me back in a fresh room immediately. The rooms themselves are nice with a surprisingly effective mixture of modern and steampunk/sailor. The dining area was beautiful, and the customer service was top notch. The bartender even lent me a phone charger when mine died while watching the football game! Although I dont know that I'll need to return to Heilbronn, I know I'll be staying here if I do

I was in Heilbronn for a business Trip. I really enjoyed it. The rooms a very new, they have a big LCD Television with a lot of different TV Channels. Also the “Little gym” and the Sauna is a nice have. The included breakfast was very good.

I understand this only opened recently. I must say apart from the landscaping you would not know. It was well run, nice bar great breakfast comfy bed good Wi-fi nice modern walk in showrooms just perfect.. by the river too
