Muskan Abhishek Subhayu Khushi were awesome and gave us a very warm welcome and ensured that our stay was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this place for the warm hospitality. They gifted us a limited edition book on the history of Jharkhand as my mother loved the book. Very gracious and generous staff.

Great staff, great vibe one of the best places to stay in dhanbad

Grand mirage Dhanbad/ Radison individual has maintained that to the expectation. It's hospitality, loom cleanliness, housekeeping, awesome food platter & everything is praiseworthy. All the employees working here, are very professional & having a ownership while serving. Suggestions are immediately attended, though there is not much to suggest. Though it's little away from the main market area, but running line auto service is always there from nearby Dhansar Chowk. And again... if you want to take a feel of real Dhanbad area (Coal capital of India), I will say it's the best location to stay. You can see the coal mines nearby from your large hotel windows. I had a very peaceful stay here & will suggest others to get an experience of the hotel & expect from the hotel management to maintain this service & reputation! In the future.
