This is a super family run hotel situated in a prime location of Folkestone. The midweek packages offer superb value for money especially when you book half-board. The range of meals is somewhat limited, however the quality of the dishes are exceptional offering brilliant value. The staff cannot do enough to assist with any minor niggles. All things considered, it is quite exceptional.

I was here for only one night but whole experience was a surprise. Although the hotel may look small and old from the outside but when I walked in it was bright and very modern. The room was spacious and bright. The customer service was top notch from check in to check out. Good value for money

My family enjoyed their stay, the children said it was amazing. That says it all.The hotel was very clean, nice staff and lovely sea view. The WiFi didn't work, that's was the only negative thing in my opinion.

Having arrived through a heavy downpour we had a nice welcome from reception and was then delighted by our large warm bedroom. Beautifully decorated with a super bathroom with everything you could want. Food in the restaurant was excellent as was the service. Had a great night sleep. Breakfast, which was self-service looked lovely but unfortunately with only cold plates the food was cold before we could eat it. This was the only negative point and could easily be resolved.

Great staff fab breakfast. ‘Cosy’ room had a king size bed and side sea view. Fabulous Good value for money. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Very impressed.
