Room tips
The only thing to consider is parking, which has to be on the road and it is a busy area so you may have to loop around to unload the car.(sally s)

I love this hotel and always stay here, but a game changer would be to have a mini fridge in the room. (Helen T)
Room 402 gets very hot as in the 'eaves' of the house but there is air-con which I forgot about. (aps032018)

The room was great and also in great location and also great value for money. However the toilet did stop flushing at one point however I did manage to fix it on my own. Other than that all great

Perfect hotel to stay with pets in Folkstone. Nothing was too much trouble. Food and drink was reasonably priced and service was excellent. We will return next year.

This is a super family run hotel situated in a prime location of Folkestone. The midweek packages offer superb value for money especially when you book half-board. The range of meals is somewhat limited, however the quality of the dishes are exceptional offering brilliant value. The staff cannot do enough to assist with any minor niggles. All things considered, it is quite exceptional.

I was here for only one night but whole experience was a surprise. Although the hotel may look small and old from the outside but when I walked in it was bright and very modern. The room was spacious and bright. The customer service was top notch from check in to check out. Good value for money

My family enjoyed their stay, the children said it was amazing. That says it all.The hotel was very clean, nice staff and lovely sea view. The WiFi didn't work, that's was the only negative thing in my opinion.
