"Great hotel"

The hotel was great and beside local transport giving access to all that Lisbon has to offer. There is a shopping centre across the road for last minute holiday supplies, clothes and gift shopping and a food court. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are spacious and well serviced. The staff are very friendly creating a family friendly hotel. As a radisson member there was access to a VIP room with free soft drinks and pastries and great views of the city. A great place to unwind after a day around the city. As we were a family split across two rooms it was great to have this space to chill together at times. The indoor pool and spa are good and great to have in a city hotel, the pool is small but was never over crowded when we were there so was really nice to just enjoy a swim. The floor of the spa area (inside pool area and reception area) can get slippy so becareful. We had a nasty slip of one family member thankfully they were fine afterward just a bruised knee but also seen another guest also slip. Key is to just be careful and watch where you are walking in the spa area as floors can be wet. Overall this hotel was great and I would happily staying here again if visiting Lisbon for work or pleasure. I would also 100% recommend it to family and friends.
