This was our best holiday. The hotel was beautiful and so clean, the food was great with so many choices. The restaurants were very good too! Our room was beautiful and looked onto the beach. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had one issue which was sorted straight away with our air con. The hotel had it sorted within an hour. We asked for mosquito plug ins which were delivered to our room which was really kind. We come to Mauritius every year and can 100% say we will return to this hotel for our future holidays. We travelled 2 adults and 1 child. I want to especially thank Nina from housekeeping who went above and beyond for me and my family. Her service was first class and she always smiled and was so happy. Nina if you read this we are truly greatful to you! You are an absolute credit to the hotel and we hope we will see you next year! This has been our 2nd trip to Mauritius (both at Radisson properties) in 3 years and it felt great to come back. Once again, Radisson did not disappoint. This is a great property for a family with kids as there are a lot of activities to choose from and buffet can accommodate different preferences. Beach is indeed crystal clear and both kids and adults friendly. Hotel team was really helpful and welcoming. Both on arrival (Vritee) and during stay and departure (Marvin). Thanks to Marvin we had full stress free departure process.

a very successful experiance! The hotel offers all the facilities for this. The rooms are large, spacious, clean located in a paradise garden. The staff is very attentive to our needs, the food is good, diversified. the beach is absolutely superb! If I return to Mauritius, this is the place where I will return with pleasure!

Fantastic Holiday at Crystals Belle-Mare. The resort is great for families, very clean, loads for the kids to get involved with. Above all though, the attitude/helpfulness of staff is something else. Nothing is ever too much trouble, guests are always greeted with a smile, the staff really care and they are all real ambassadors for the resort and the island. I’m terrible with names but in particular the pool bar staff - Lovenish, Adrien, Shubhjot, Divya, Jameeta, Thankyou for making our new years holiday so special. Senior staff Sam and Sanjay were also brilliant when helping us with day trips and room queries. If you appreciate great service, this resort is for you. We will definitely be back.
