Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. We had a really peaceful family weekend. A big thank you to Sam and the reception team for the room upgrade — the larger, nicer rooms really elevated our stay.

Magnificent holiday. We were here for 2 weeks with my Family. Island of all beauty and the welcome of the natives is very warm... Beautiful meetings... don't doubt go there with your eyes closed.Y daughter had Faced a small issue but Big Thanks to Ashvin Assistant FnB Manager who was not only very friendly but did his best to resolve it, and without forgetting to mention Sanjay( Barman) who makes very nice cocktail. Can't wait to see you again next year.

"Had a wonderful stay"

The room was spacious and furnished befitting a beach resort. Especially loved the private jacuzzi which was perfect for the one rainy day I had during my stay. They take care of your luggage from the moment you arrive at the drop off until check out, where you can leave your luggage in the room and they will bring it to you when your transport to the airport is ready. Had made a booking directly through Radisson but somehow they kept asking me for a booking voucher when I had received none but fortunately I didn’t need to present one in the end for check in. Did enjoy the different themes for the dinner buffet each night and was fortunate to experience the Mauritian theme on the first day of arrival, which included some Mauritian dance and music performance. Had a little bit of an unpleasant experience on my second night when I had ordered some still water and juice, and wasn’t aware that it was not included in the half board package. One of the staff simply just walked past my table and dropped the check on the table without explanation. The situation was sorted out the night itself but that made me feel like I was treated lesser than those who booked the all inclusive package. Fortunately, on my third night, when I ordered a cocktail, I met Soumya, who came to my table and courteously presented the bill to me and informed me that she needed my signature. Not only that, she had a genuine interest in interacting with her guests and that made me feel valued just as much as everyone who booked all inclusive. Thanks to her, my last two nights in Crystals Beach Resort were amazing. So here I would also like to extend a special thank you to Soumya and wish her all the best!
