Beautifully decorated for Christmas it’s a shame the room was so hot and the only solution was to leave the doors and curtains open as no fan available

That said, we are truly sorry that the temperature in your room was uncomfortable. During the winter season, our air-conditioning system operates in heating mode, and we regret that this resulted in the room feeling excessively warm. We also apologize that a fan was not available at the time, leaving you with limited options to regulate the temperature. This is certainly not the level of comfort we aim to provide. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can review room temperature management and the availability of alternative solutions to better accommodate guest comfort during seasonal changes. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The environment was very neat, the staff was very friendly and ready to help. My room was cleaned daily and it made me very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional with varieties. The hotel is in a very good location, close to shops, restaurants and bus-stops to get to different places.
