The staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful. They are the reason that we return on multiple occasions

Fantastic service, during our 2 night stay. The staff are wonderful, it’s like visiting friends who want to make everything special. The evening bar staff are so attentive and kind they notice things before you do yourself. Exemplary service I only wish I had noticed their names 2 guys and one girl I maybe wrong but I think she was called Paarfeet. And the star of the staff for me was Lina, who appeared to run breakfast service. Though we had seen her helping in other areas too. She is so professional, her eye on everything always a friendly smile. She is fantastic, younger staff should take note they could learn the correct way to deliver service from her. The management team joined in, leading by example. As a customer, it was delightful to experience. Many thanks we will look forward to retuning here.

We had a superior room. Clean and spacious room, good cleaning. Very good and polite staff. Special thanks for the very good breakfast. Everything worked very well. Excellent location. Value for money good.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay in this wonderful hotel. Staff were really lovely and professional and friendly. I believe Simone is the reception manager, he arranged cake, wine and an upgrade of room as a special treat for my 60th birthday. The view from room 722 is stunning. Breakfast is unbelievable, so much choice. We even sat outside to eat breakfast on our last day as the weather was so lovely. Location great. Service great. Value great. Overall excellent. We will definitely be back to stay on our next visit, as there is to much to see and do in just 4 nights. Highly recommend this hotel.

Arrived early in the morning due to flight delay. No problem checking in, late night receptionist very friendly and helpful. Room large, comfortable and clean. Sea view exceptional. Air conditioning was set to ‘hot’ for the winter. Unfortunately there was no option to set this to cool air. Breakfast fabulous with great choices of food - staff all friendly with special shout out to the ‘omelette man’. Hotel located on quiet back street but easy access to the promenade walk around the bay. Plenty of lovely bars/restaurants/cafes nearby. I will return to this hotel.
