Had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, with a delicious breakfast. However on arriving home, I found that I'd left my favourite dress hanging in the wardrobe of the room I had stayed in, Agneiska in housekeeping was incredibly helpful and on hearing my plight, arranged for the safe return of the dress, which arrived 2 days after my desperate phone call and email to the hotel. Thank you Agneiska for all your help on reuniting me with my dress! I REALLY appreciate it!

Stayed at the Bolton Stadium hotel on Sat 23rd May for 1 night. As soon as we entered reception we were met with welcoming smiles from the Reception team for check in. Our room was on the 2nd floor & it was lovely. Really tasteful decor, clean & fresh & the beds & pillows were so comfortable. Probably the best we’ve encountered on hotel stays We decided to have lunch in the hotel bar & again the bar person was really pleasant. We chose the Halloumi hot honey flatbread. It was so tasty & well presented. We were late back on the evening as had gone to watch a show. Was easy access into the hotel by using our keycard so we weren’t hanging around at all. Night reception again was very welcoming & asked how our evening had gone. Went for breakfast around 9.00 the lady that took our room number said we could sit anywhere as quite a few tables vacant due to the fact it had been quite busy earlier. Breakfast is buffet with a good selection of hot & cold food & nice to see bloomer bread for the toaster instead of usual sliced. Fresh eggs were brought out as we were at the hot counter. There was a real buzz about the hotel as Bolton Wanderers were off to Wembley that day. Which made a nice atmosphere. Would recommend this hotel

What a brilliant stay at the stadium hotel.. I was not even aware this existed. Not only did I have a brilliant room with a stunning view of the playing field, the room was clean, smart, had everything you would need in a ‘home from home’ as the branding suggests. Excellent value for money and what really made a good experience into an excellent experience was the reception staff. Both members of the team were excellent, however, Adam was everything you would want in a front of house ambassador and future hospitality manager. His customer service skills were outstanding.. when you travel a lot for work one hotel can be like another but Adam made sure the stadium hotel, which he was clearly proud of, stood out from the rest.. ! I will be back and I hope the hotel management acknowledge his outstanding customer approach. G Donnelly.
