A very straightforward, enjoyable, safe and recommended experience of this hotel. Booked for a family weekend for my duaghters national dance compettion at the winter gardens. Very easy to get to and a handy location for getting into town. Room was very spacious for my wife, two kids and i and we had a superb view of the pitch. We had dinner on the first evening and althought nothing fancy, it was good solid pub grub and we all had more than plenty to choose from, with quick service and friendly staff. Good selection of drinks and my wife was delighted with happy hour, that should really be named happy two hours! Check in was a simple and speedy process, parking on site and easy. Aside from the room with a view onto the pitch, breakfast was the star of the show. My two girls, 4 and 6 both had a party at breakfast on sunday, scoff, scoff, scoff, all in all Happy Days.

Amazing stay from start to finish. Loved the hotel, especially the staff. Dog friendly too! Dogs are not allowed in the bar/restaurant which was a shame, but understandable as there is simply so area which would be suitable to put them without offending diners. I saw one review mentioned that the rooms weren’t serviced, this was true - but reception were happy to sort anything you needed, and also the cleaners would give you toilet rolls/clean towels etc. We preferred the peace and quiet of not being disturbed by staff, especially as we have a dog who LOVES people and can be over attentive! We liked the privacy! The rooms were spacious (definite plus when needing space for a large dog crate, and loads of unopened Christmas presents!) Housekeeping was of a very good standard, and the room was warm and comfortable, everything we needed was there, including two chairs and a table. We will be back! TIP : we took extra coat hangers and we used them.

Stayed 4 nights including Christmas day, the Christmas lunch was perfection the staff and service was very good couldn't ask for anymore. This was our second Christmas at the football club we stayed in a superior room with pitch view this time beds very comfy but room itself could do with a makeover bit out dated other than that it was a perfect stay the staff are all very helpful and can't do enough for you will return again soon

Dog Friendly! A massive plus for me, a football stadium attached which for a football enthusiast daughter was a massive plus! We had booked afternoon tea for arrival, which caused a slight hiccup. We were travelling with the dog, we arrived at 2pm which was the latest booking for afternoon tea, check in was 3pm, the restaurant is NOT dog friendly! Fortunately we were given an early check in so crisis averted! We were given birthday cake for the daughter too which was a great touch! Rooms were clean and tidy, very comfortable and clean. As were back from the main streets quiet in the evening so ideal location for us, not so much if you want night life. Disappointing that the Spa and gym were unavailable for our stay, hopefully that is rectified soon as we had wanted to book some treatments. Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant stay at the hotel. Was a surprise for my son and husband who are big Blackpool fans. We also went to watch the match too.
