Good location, walking distance or short taxi trip to most central venues and attractions. Good for a base to go exploring the resort. Don't expect 5 star standard, its's not meant to be, but it is clean, rooms are comfy with king size bed, and great value for money. Some rooms look out over the football pitch for that little extra luxury. It's my go-to hotel for any visit to Blackpool

We arrived at the hotel after a long drive due to an accident on the M6. The check in was no issue with a polite lady on reception. We booked just the one night as we had booked to eat at the Gurkha for our anniversary that evening. The room was clean and tidy as always with the pitch view which is a nice option 👌. The lady on duty for breakfast on the Thursday morning was very nice and helpful and listening to her was nice to hear the passion she had for her job. Looking forward to our next visit to the hotel in December. Thank you to all staff for a lovely stay

Stayed 4 nights in room 327, (I’ve finally made it to the top floor) as usual a large room, clean, simply decorated, comfy bed and spotless bathroom, although I’m getting to the age where climbing into the bath to access the shower is becoming “challenging”. Others have obviously used the towel rail to steady themselves, leaving it loose. However the biggest challenge of all was getting back into my room after breakfast the second morning. The door lock wouldn’t work, and after 3 trips down to reception to get the key cards re programmed, then changed and then re programmed again, the maintenance department was called out. This was at around 8:45 and the receptionist commented that the maintenance man wasn’t on shift until 9:00. None the less he stepped up to the plate and got me into the room, but not without a struggle. He explained what he thought had happened, flat batteries in the lock mechanism, even though the batteries had been changed a few months back and were supposed to last 3 years. He resolved the situation pleasantly and professionally, explaining the process as he went. So full marks to Simon. Every hotel should have one! Breakfast was the usual suspects with I believe a couple of tweaks (for the better) to the hot food offering. Pleasant and friendly staff in all departments. This has been my 4th stay and although there was a problem, the hotel rectified it quickly and with minimal inconvenience, which is all I want as a hotel guest. Full marks to all.

Stayed with family. Had two rooms, one general and one superior which offered a pitchside view. Both rooms very clean with very good facilities. Beds were comfortable and had firm mattress. Reception accomodating with extra pillows.

We had a really enjoyable stay at the Blackpool FC Stadium Hotel. The room was comfortable and well presented, and the pitch view was absolutely amazing. It was a real highlight of the trip and my son loved every minute of watching the stadium from the room. The Corner Flag restaurant was excellent, offering a relaxed atmosphere with fair pricing. The addition of pool tables, darts and TVs. Overall the stay was very good, although the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, and we were unfortunately woken by a fire alarm at 01:30am which wasn’t ideal. That said, these were minor issues in what was otherwise a great experience. Would definitely recommend, especially if you can get a pitch view room.
