Wai-Kiki

With a name meaning “spouting water,” Waikiki is an area in Hawaii that served as an exciting, carefree vacation retreat for the Hawaiian kingdom’s royalty in the 1800s. Our Wai-Kiki restaurant at the Radisson draws inspiration from this intriguing history, recreating the friendly spirit of this famous tourist spot and offering a modern take on early Hawaiian culture’s Tiki-style cuisine.
The culinary experts at Wai-Kiki work to provide the best of Tiki culture, including a Hawaiian-inspired menu that features a blend of Polynesian and Pan-Asian fare created with top-shelf ingredients. Wai-Kiki is an interactive and casual “come as you are” resto-bar, perfect for enjoying inventive food and well-crafted drinks that will put you in the island frame of mind.

Chama Gaucha

After an on-site meeting, treat your colleagues to a taste of South America at Hyderabad’s first Brazilian churrascaria. Specializing in an authentic meat-roasting method known as churrasco, Chama Gaucha brings a centuries-old tradition from southern Brazil straight to your table in HITEC City. Eat juicy cuts of imported meats prepared as Brazilian cowboys, called gauchos, would prepare them, grilled to perfection over an open flame.
Watch as the chefs cook a variety of succulent Brazilian preparations and several Lebanese dishes in the show kitchen, and then savor the rich flavors of your meal in the Chama Gaucha’s warm atmosphere.
