This was a brand new hotel when we stayed. We hold VIP Radisson status, and this was acknowledged by the hotel with free breakfast and an upgrade to their best room. The welcome was warm, and the Reception staff were excellent. The fire alarm went off when we were there, a false alarm. The situation was handled brilliantly by the staff. The room itself was bright, comfortable and cosy. We usually get suite upgrades, but there are no suites at this hotel. We do prefer a larger room, but that is a personal preference, rather than any kind of deal breaker. My only criticism is of the breakfast. We stay in a Marriott in Sousse. That breakfast has Western and traditional Tunisian food beautifully laid out in a way that makes navigation easy. Here, the egg station and pancake grill are squeezed into a corner. It is too small an area and can cause problems if too many people want the same items at the same time. The egg station needs some space for people to order. What excels at this hotel is the service. We had a very bad flight delay. We use Tunis as a base to fly to the Far East. Saudia Airlines cancelled our flight and put us on another flight 10 hours later. The hotel extended our checkout time to 5pm. Excellent, and it was very much appreciated. This is a great gesture of goodwill, and we will be back in 2026, so long as everything goes to plan, to fly out once again to Asia.

I would like to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by Ahmed and Oussama at the front desk of the Radisson Hotel city center .From the very first interaction, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was not only comfortable but truly memorable. Both Ahmed and Oussama were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive, always greeting guests with genuine smiles and a positive attitude. They were extremely helpful to their colleagues as well, clearly working as a strong team and creating a seamless, well-organized front desk operation. You can immediately tell they care deeply about guest satisfaction and take pride in their work. What really stood out was their local knowledge and willingness to help. They took the time to recommend the best restaurant in town, explaining the options in detail and making sure it perfectly matched what I was looking for. Thanks to their recommendation, I had one of the best dining experiences of my trip — something I would have never discovered on my own. Their patience, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference. Whether it was answering questions, offering suggestions, or assisting with requests, they handled everything with efficiency and genuine hospitality. This is exactly the level of service that defines a top-tier hotel experience. Ahmed and Oussama are true assets to the Radisson brand. Because of them, I felt welcomed, valued, and well taken care of throughout my stay. I sincerely hope management recognizes their outstanding efforts — they absolutely deserve it. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel again, and a big part of that decision is thanks to the incredible service provided by Ahmed and Oussama. Highly recommended!

"Here’s a title that includes both points: Good Breakfast, but Needs More Protein — and the Gym Needs More Equipment"

Here’s a polished version: The gym is very limited. I work out regularly and expected to find more weights and equipment. I hope to see more options on my next visit. Also, the breakfast could use more protein choices such as smoked salmon or ground beef. Other than that, the hotel is perfect.

I felt greatly welcomed, pampered by constant attention from young team. Security leader, Anis created great first impression and is well placed at main entrance with smart appearance, generous smile, respectful, helpful, welcoming attitude. Attentive, competent, enthusiastic front desk team. Highly appreciate invaluable information essential for organising, maximising satisfaction for visit. Until now had most interactions with highly likeable Oumaima , Oussema, Ghaith. How lucky to have them as colleagues. Thanks to Sami for early check in and organising excursion. Transport solution provider, Green Car is highly commendable with quality car and skilled, respectful driver. Love complimentary, delicious lime juice served in afternoon. Thank you all.
