





First time I have stayed at the Radisson Olaya and would not hesitate to recommend it for business trips to Riyadh. Rooms are well sized and functional however the main reason for such an enjoyable stay was the hotel staff. In no particular order, special mention for Janine, Ice, Jaivie, Sing, Khloud and Reema. They were all so helpful and always so cheerful - really makes such a difference. Big thanks to you all
The hotel stay was perfect. Clean, new, and as a club member I received a room upgrade that truly impressed me with its size and amenities. The spa was generally very good; however, the jacuzzi water was too cloudy, and the steam room was too cold. Another less pleasant issue was that my credit card was not charged during check-in, so when dining at the restaurant I did not receive the promised 15% dinner discount and was unable to charge the expense to my room. I had to pay out of pocket and could not receive an invoice for the dinner, which slightly diminished the overall experience. As we had to leave for the airport very early, we were provided with an impressive takeaway breakfast, which we enjoyed at the airport. Overall, this was one of my best experiences. A very good hotel with extremely friendly and attentive staff who genuinely strive to please. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Idris Ali. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. His cheerful attitude truly stood out and made the experience feel personal, not just routine service.
