"Perfect for business stay!"

Good value for the price, everything you would expect in a standard business hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The addition of basics such as an iron and ironing board were appreciated. A good room service menu was available, although there were lots of restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel. Staff were friendly and the parking was simple. Overall, highly recommend!

Radisson Hangzhou did really wow me. I initially only came here because of its good price and its reputation of being clean and safe (which was my primary consideration when choosing a hotel to stay this time since all I needed was a safe place to sleep at night). However, the executive suite of Radisson Hangzhou is truly beyond that. I did not expect to enjoy one of the best suites I have ever experienced by paying 800RMB a night! The suite is truly spacious but is very well decorated that the spaciousness creates enormous comfort instead of emptiness. A place guests can really quiet down and relax. I have never experienced such a relaxing environment even in the best Forbes five-star hotels I have stayed. Its location is equally wonderful; located right at the center of the new section of the Hangzhou CBD, it is just like an oasis at the center of a jungle of business skyscrapers. Also because of such a fascinating location, my suite enjoys a really astonishing and open view over the CBD. Even from the highest standard, the hardware of Radisson Hangzhou is admirable. A hotel beyond Forbes five-star with a very good price. It will still be where I will choose to stay when I visit Hangzhou next time. Thank you, Radisson Hangzhou.

酒店很新，位置非常好，地铁就在200米处，周围吃饭方便，服务很好，疫情期间对出入人员检查细致，安心舒适！我是用积分兑换，才9000积分一晚，相当超值，非常推荐！

第一个房间的枕头下面有头发，我怀疑是否更换过床单被套，酒店以疫情为由告知客人所有房间温度都是一样的，一晚上闷在29度的房间内，谁能入睡？走廊都比我房间凉快！早餐送房间的，套餐少得可怜，一个包子，一个茶叶蛋，一碗白粥，一个油条，竟然没给送小菜。出人意料的五星级，这是再拿品牌骗钱吧？

这是我有生以来住过最差的“五星级”酒店，全程毫无服务意识。从预订开始先是提前预订了房间之后发现行程有变想改期，酒店前台接的电话说周六满房不给改，可是携程明明有房间啊，好吧估计看我用的是房权就是周末各种不想给我用吧。不给改就不给改咯由于马上年底要过期我就去住了到了酒店前台酒店的前台看到我站在他面前了他不是先给我办入住而是先接了电话我就一直等他打完，打完之后也没有任何想要给我办的意思。后来一个女的员工走过来他们两还接上了话也完全忽视面前的我，我实在是无语说了一句谁可以给我办入住，那女的才接过我的证件，办完之后给我放卡也不告诉我电梯在哪我逛了半圈没找到只好回去问她才说了一句，此处没有一个礼貌用语。我上了房间看到自己竟然被安排了一个残疾人房当时我简直了，难道就是因为我用的是房券就给我安排这么一个房间吗？于是我要求前台换房，对方的解释是这个不是残疾人房是无障碍房，还在给我狡辩，我想说你是当我傻还是你自己无知啊，这就是一个所谓五星级酒店对待客人的态度吗，全程没有任何服务意识，房权也是花钱买的好吗！让我这么个170的人住一个全部设施都是那么低的设置的房间，没有任何体验感可言，我甚至连衣服也挂不值可想而知这是个什么房间。以后再也不会入住这家酒店 跟万豪凯悦真的没法比，太差了
