Everything was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to return again. Highly recommended!

I came with my sister and everything was perfect. Kind staff, clean room. They offer spa entrance in Alexanra Spa which was also perfect. The breakfast was great too! Definitely will come again and again!!

Great hotel in the center of Gyumri.Rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, staff are very friendly, and breakfast is tasty with lots of choice.Definitely recommend!
