Having read the reviews in many venues, there was some tension over the relatively high presence of negative reviews, but... Worried for nothing... A warm welcome, comfortable, 24-hour guarded parking lot to ease the cool, clean room with boiling white linens and a few bottles of cool drinking water. And the fact that the bar in the room is actually replenished upon request is absolutely not critical. Despite sufficient occupancy on public holidays (Russia Day) the staff easily solved all our questions (as a small example - hailing a taxi with the arrival of a car in 4 minutes and at a pleasant price). Catering was also a pleasure. Having a wealth of experience in hotels, were cautious about the possibilities of the kitchen, but here again we were expected to be pleasantly surprised, and the chef a separate respect for the unusual serving of the simplest dish - croc (just BOMB). We recommend you all try it! Staff are worth noting separately. Alas, unfortunately, we don't remember everyone, but we pay special tribute to Elizabeth. She happened to meet us at breakfast, in the afternoon lounge area, coffee - also her work and at dinner, because of some corporate event and the workload of the waiters, she found herself back. Let's face it - Man and Employee with the capital letter. I would really like such specialists to join my team and more! Gentlemen, I don't think I'm going to open up "America" in my own words, but next time I'll choose this hotel again and I wish it to you!

Raddison hotel chain in any country. We weren't wrong this time. The admin does everything for you, just let the manager know the date, time, city, arrival date. You will be welcomed, you will be escorted with dignity, with all due respect. That's what every customer deserves. Make no mistake about your choices and travel.

Incredible experience, the staff was very attentive and warm, we felt really welcome, great concierge service. My partner was surprised! Rooms were incredible, comfortable and stylish. We were in Rostov-on-Don for a week and we weren't looking to do much so an hotel stay served us we'll. Would visit again for sure, thanks for your good work.
