I stayed for 8 nights and everything from the hotel property to the amazing staff was fantastic. The staff made it an especially great experience from the GM down to the restaurant, front desk, housekeeping and executive lounge staff. I basically live in hotels so have top status in many brands (including Radisson) and this is one of my top stays. The staff/GM were regularly seeking me out to make sure everything was good or if I needed anything. The hotel is also in a great location right across the road from the beach. I definitely recommend this Radisson property.

This was truly the best hotel experience I have ever had! Our stay in Da Nang was absolutely perfect, and it was all thanks to the incredible team. The service was outstanding — without a doubt the best I’ve ever experienced. Every single staff member was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. A very special thank you to the manager, Sunny, who leads the team with excellence and heart. You can really feel the positive energy and dedication throughout the entire hotel. The people here are simply amazing. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I will remember this place and these wonderful people for a very long time. If you’re coming to Da Nang, this is the place to stay. Highly, highly recommended!

The breakfast here was amazing, it suited my taste perfectly. The Vietnamese coffee was delicious, I really enjoyed it. The staff chung were friendly, I will definitely return to this hotel.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff were smiling and welcoming. Special mention to Front Office Manager Tram, her welcome was genuine and reassuring. The Food and Beverage attendants were well presented, timely, helpful and very friendly. In particular, exceptional welcome from the Manager (Rio) Khanh and Head Chef Mr Tam. It was so refreshing to see you amongst your guests talking and taking a genuine interest, our stay was levelled up by them. The reception from them each time was heartfelt and they could not do enough for us, such ambassadors for the hotel. They lead a great team, notable recognition to Yen, Duong, Louis, Son and Kaka, it is remarkable to see such passion for guests. It was so very sad to depart, like leaving family. These team members are an immense asset to you. The location is fantastic, the free karaoke from across the road was definitely entertaining.

We stayed here 7 nights and were made very comfortable Check in by Luma was very professional and quick.Luma was very helpful and obliged with whatever asked. Thain was extremly helpful and helped organise all trips and suggestions to local restaurants. Hotel facilities are very good ,location good not in the busy town but not far from it as well. Excellant Beach just across the road and swimming pool in the hotel. Good selection for Breakfast but weak for the Indian tourist palate. Overall very good value for money clean,safe and recommend it.
