Another excellent stay. First time back since 2024. This hotel is really good and I wrote a glowing review last time. Even more impressed this time. It was really enjoyable. An excellent female singer employed during evening dinner and a restaurant that remains open until 10:30 pm, serving up desserts and ambience in abundance! Other things in the impressively large lobby include a lounge bar and high class restaurant. Because of this, and the standard, In short, this hotel is excellent. Really is a 5 star place feel. Loads to do inside. If visiting Shanghai, it is well worth it.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, and I felt comfortable the moment I walked into the lobby. The staff were always welcoming with warm smiles, which made my stay very pleasant and relaxing. It was my first time visiting Shanghai, but the location of the hotel was excellent — convenient transportation made it easy to explore tourist attractions and find great local restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, beautifully prepared, and it was a wonderful way to start the day. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and if I visit Shanghai again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel was very nice, comfortable and clean, but what deserves a special attention is the hotel’s staff, especially manager Angela who was exceptionally kind and helpful! She helped us with our room arrangements and made our stay really pleasant :)
