The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism that made us feel immediately welcome. Every interaction showed how much they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and experience. What stood out most was how proactive and attentive the team in F&B headed by Ruffa, with her team: Marites, Faruk and Motiur who were anticipating our needs before we even had to ask and handling every request with a smile and urgency. Whether it was offering helpful local recommendations, accommodating special requests, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, their service was exceptional. It’s rare to encounter a team so dedicated, thoughtful, and proud of what they do. The staff made our stay truly memorable, and they are the reason we would happily return and recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.
