The hotel is conveniently located near the Green Park underground station. The neighborhood is very secure and very pedestrian friendly. We were able to walk to 2 theaters, Green park, Buckingham Palace and various restaurants and shops. The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant The Staff is very helpful. Irina in particular went out of her way to help us straighten out a reservation that our cruise line was to have made on our behalf but had not done so in a timely manner. She got in touch with the cruise line and they finally entered the reservation in the system much to our great relief ,

Great location and beautiful hotel. I had Irina at both check in and check out and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, including some time in the spa after a long flight and early morning prior to my room being ready. It was so nice to have such a highly competent person look after every part of my stay. Took some time in the bar in the evening where the cocktail choices are many and the atmosphere felt very lux.

"Fabulous hotel in a great location"

Had a fabulous few days in London celebrating a special birthday. The May Fair is a wonderful hotel in a great location. Our room was incredibly spacious with two large double beds and the bathroom well equipt with a large wardrobe and double sinks. Kita was so friendly and helpful on check in and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend the breakfast buffet. We look forward to returning again soon.
