We stayed for two nights with our three children and both sets of grandparents. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. They helped us arrange airport and train transfers. Great breakfast at the hotel. Great location would recommend. Adiba at the front desk was very helpful and kind.

Another fabulous stay at The May Fair Hotel. It feels like a home away from home, and I so enjoy the people who feel like family. Nothing is too much trouble. Many thanks to the whole team - housekeeping, concierge, spa, room service, maintenance....and a special shout out to Irina H, who so fabulously coordinated my stay from pre-arrival, through extension, and stayed on top of anything I needed to make my trip comfortable, relaxed, easy and fun. What an amazing hotel .. from the moment you walk into the lobby the attention by the staff is first class We stayed last night and had booked a standard room ( which would have been amazing) however we were automatically upgraded to a signature suite by the lovely Prerna upon check in Wow!! It was superb.. a fabulous selection of drinks and snack and everything in the room you would expect from a luxury hotel in Mayfair Upon checkout after a wonderful stay we were helped by Sofi who again was so helpful and professional whilst remaining friendly Thank you to all the staff that contributed to a fantastic stay.. we will be back
