The location of this hotel is excellent, you can use the back door entrance to access Nanjing Road, the breakfast selection would have to be the best I have ever had in over 40 years of travelling. Would highly recommend

"Tribute to Jessica and management"

Excellent property, nice service Jessica guest relations Mgr was above all expectations. She helped me out solving a huge issue with my lost credit card at the airport being personnly involved. I thank her so much for that priffessional and human behaviour. I wish I had a person like her part of my managers. She is so nice, natural and highly professional. The rest of the hotel is also good. Efficient staff in house keeping and front desk. Highly responsive. Breakfast is top also. A big tribute to management. A great job is being done behind for sûre. Keep it up.

"Great Location"

We only had one night in Shanghai so this was the perfect hotel. It is located on the main shopping street and only a 5-10min walk to the Bund to see the light show at night. In addition the Hop On Hop Off bus stop is right outside the door. Staff were very helpful at check in which took minutes and we had a room looking towards the Bund, although someone decided to erect some buildings in the way. Usual tea and coffee facilities in the room and there was a good selection of Western options at breakfast If I go back to Shanghai this will be my first choice to stay.
