Amazing experience, thank you very much

What does it take to make a vacation unforgettably wonderful? A concierge who’s there for you like a longtime friend. Staff who love their work. An interior design that values guests and their needs and intuitively senses what they require. Here, guests become friends. You don’t want to go home—because you’re already home. We just had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and helpful - a special mention to Simon on the concierge desk who was so helpful and kind to through our stay, making us feel particularly welcome! We are out of the hotel most of the time but we had one breakfast and one room service dinner, both which were great and the dinner particularly generous in portion (though really quite pricy!). Everywhere was clean, modern and in great condition - the beds were very comfy and our shower was also excellent. The location of the hotel is also brilliant - we arrived by train from the airport and the station is just 5 mins away, as is the entrance to the Tivoli Gardens. Our one comment for improvement would be the aircon - it was a particularly hot week in Copenhagen and the room aircon wasn’t great, though knowing the normal climate in the city, I’m not sure you’d usually need it!

We came for a family wedding. I cannot fault anything about my stay. Thank you to all the staff who were welcoming and very helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to Simon the concierge and all the restaurant/ bar staff. The room was cosy and comfortable.

Excellent service from the concierge called Simon. He made sure that we were continually catered for and his interaction was exceptional. Our support hospitality lady called May was cheerful and attentive to our needs for the duration of our stay. We’re very satisfied.
