Five minutes from the centralstation. Various pubs close to the hotel.
Cafe Lily are highly recommended next to Stroeget. (Ferhorw)
If you are sensitive to noise, choose a room on one of the higher floors. Rooms facing the train station can be noisy at night, especially if you need to open the window.(rehabal)

Professional and friendly service for front desk staffs and I notice some of them are UICH Les Clefs d'Or verified. Really great experience on how they interact with guests.As a Radisson VIP, I got a upgrade to the corner suite on 20 floor with a amazing view and early check in at 10 am. Really suprising. One of the best experiecne in Radisson chain.

Excellent hotel and service. We got an upgrade with full view to the station and the Tivoli. Cheq-in was great. Breakfast also. Very helpful staff everywhere. We where instructed how to regulate the room temperature very efficent. The housekeeping kept the room fresh. Highly recommended hotel!
