I have just returned from a quick get away over the new years break. I chose this hotel due to its location and was very happy with the choice. I was made to feel very welcome from the minute I checked in. The staff were fantastic and offered lots of advice for my stay. This continued throughout my stay. Every single member of the team I spoke with was very helpful and welcoming (from the reception, to the breakfast team, to the dining team (the restaurant is really good) and the house keeping. Everyone just seemed to be happy to be there. The room was large, very clean, with a big comfy bed, and offered a great view over the Tivoli so no complaints there. The breakfast choices were good, I had no problems finding lots to eat. As mentioned, I also went to the issei restaurant. The food was great and the staff were amazing. I really recommend this place. The hotel itself is perfectly placed, just across the road from the train station and Tivoli. Whilst there is a metro station I tended to walk, Nyhavn was around 15 minutes, the mermaid statue about 30 minutes. For me, most things were very walkable and easy to get to. Overall I had a great trip to Copenhagen which was enhanced by the stay and the quality of the staff at the hotel. I would happily stay here again.
Did a short stay here as a Radisson premium member. This is an older iconic design hotel with a lot of history attached to it. Our room was clean and comfortable with great view of the Tivoli Gardens, however, the bed a little bit too soft to my liking. The location is as good as it gets in Copenhagen, just opposite of Tivoli. Staff was all over friendly and professional. Excellent member recognition. On the weak side, two light bulbs in our room were out, the room telephone did not work and housekeeping entered our door without knocking even when the not disturb sign was hanging on our door. All in all we still had a comfortable stay, and I would gladly stay here again.
We recently went to Copenhagen to get married and chose the Radisson as it was close to the city hall and we wanted to stay somewhere nice. The Radisson exceeded our expectations! They gave us a suite which was perfect - it had plenty of room to get ready before our ceremony. The staff was lovely and the hotel is clean and beautiful. I can highly recommend this hotel.
I absolutely loved my stay at the Radisson Collection Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. I stayed in a suite, which was beautiful and offered spectacular views from the 18th floor. The location was perfect, with easy access to several attractions, especially Tivoli Gardens. I also enjoyed a great cocktail on my first day. Overall, a wonderful experience!
Great location and facilities, ideal for Tivoli Gardens and near the Train station. Very clean and quiet.
