Room tips
Make sure your AC and heat work before you go to bed.(ashlandfan)
Bring a jacket during wintertime. Hotel lobby and restaurant can get brisk. It's not a big deal for a nice stay but worthy of mention. (Brad A)
They have a large warm water pool / jacuzzi which was good to soak in.(madhurtodi)

A great hotel experience—excellently located, with a daily shuttle van to the Waterfront and wonderful staff who are courteous, polite, and helpful with everything. At breakfast, we were served almost every day by Bongiwe, who always had a smile on her face; it was lovely to wake up to that view and such excellent service. Regards from Brasil.
