Dear Radisson especially (Karen ,Monica & Amanda) I absolutely enjoyed my Friday afternoon at your establishment and was thoroughly impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and attentive service from the moment I arrived. The dolphins that roamed around for the 2 hours was a definite delight.I have been here many times and thought it is now I time to let you know this is a favorite spot of mine. Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Akhona cleaned our room beautifully and was super lovely. Food is amazing and the views of the dolphins was a highlight of the mornings.

A lovely hotel in a great location in Cape Town. Near to everything but away from all the noise. Rooms are a good size, clean and light. Staff are so helpful and the shuttle bus for the short distance to the V&A is an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Nothing specific, all seems to be on order. Location was perfect, so central for me and closer to the sea, mall

At first slightly disappointed with my view of the parking lot however there was still view of the waterfront and Ferris wheel and I could still hear the ocean. Room was spacious. Bathroom has tub as well as shower stall with handheld and rain head. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection including kids section, gluten free section, oysters and sparkling wine! Options to sit indoors or out for breakfast and we would see pods of dolphins swimming by. 24 hr gym, spa and gift shop. Free shuttle to shopping mall/waterfront hourly till around 10 pm Security guard and booth at entrance Friendly staff
