Lovely experience and amazing staff

Amazing service from the restaurant

We had an excellent experience at this lovely waterfront property, including check in, the rooms, service and checkout. Rooms were comfortable, very clean and well appointed. Concierge service arranging transportation pickups and drop offs were excellent with clean sprinter buses, exceptionally friendly drivers. Zainab, Zacharia and our driver Wafiq were amazing. A word about the staff... They were amazing. Noah, his boss Karin, and head chef Julian were above and beyond helpful and accommodating. Thank you Noah and Karin! Executive Chef Julian meet with us, and then prepared a fantastic sashimi, tuna tartar and tuna steak feast with the yellow fin tuna we brought back earlier in the day. AND he also prepared a wonderfully seasoned vegetarian curry and rice dish complete with papadum and roti for my vegetarian mother in law - it too was by all accounts tasty! Busi-B served it all up to us and ensured every need was meet - always smiling! Bravo to this entire team, including Life at the front desk. Our sincerest Thank You to everyone here.

Stayed there for 4 nights during the cape town marathon. Had stayed here earlier in 2017 also (that time it was branded as radisson blu) The location is stunning and their best rooms are facing the waterfront with the balcony! Could spot dolphins while sitting in the balcony also. The balcony room and bathroom were spacious and the housekeeping was also good. There was no noise except for the sea gulls :) Great and friendly staff. Complimentary shuttle bus every hour for pick up and drop of to the waterfront mall. Breakfast spread was huge and delicious!
