Hzant Tovmasyan, a member of staff at Radisson Blu Hotel, made a truly wonderful impression regarding the hotel and its service. I stayed here during a business trip and, due to a long check-in process after a difficult night flight, had to wait until 3 PM before getting my room. I was sitting in the lobby, completely exhausted and sleepy, when Hzant kindly brought me a blanket without even being asked. He thoughtfully checked on how I was feeling and was extremely attentive throughout the entire check-in process. The coffee he made was honestly one of the best I have ever had. I am sincerely grateful to him and would kindly ask the hotel management to recognize Hzant for his kindness, professionalism, attentiveness, hospitality, and exceptional level of customer service :)

Radisson Yerevan Hotel matched my high expectations for the business trip. Its location is not very central; however, it has been quite close to the conference venue. Even though I arrived very early check-in was efficient and quick. Location on the hill (next to Cascade) provides for clean and fresh air. At the same time you stay away from noise and I have been sleeping very well! The room is clean; the breakfast is really very good with very nice attitude of staff. One could walk to the centre of Yerevan using stairs next to Cascade.

The hotel is very comfortable and has a traditional touch in the interior design, which I particularly enjoyed. Breakfast was lovely: lots of choice and nice outdoor seating. My personal favorite was the jacuzzi and swimming pool that are available to guests.
