The gym has both still and carbonated water fountains. No need to keep buying water. 😉(David F)

Very satisfied with the overall service, facilities, room, cleaning, location and stay. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom clean and delicate, nice lake view, great breakfast options, and several work space spots.

good experience at Stavanger. great to have an opportunity to borron an umbrella from hotel. the only problem is restaurant is too crowded by breakfast time, sometimes hard to find an available table.

The hotel itself is excellent, with great service throughout. However, the standout experience for me was at the FireLake Restaurant. I received exceptional service from an outstanding team — Fernando, JD, Paula, and Dennis truly went above and beyond. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality are second to none. I’ve traveled extensively and dined in countless hotels and restaurants around the world, but this team ranks among the very best. Thank you all for making my experience so memorable!

A superior type business hotel. It sits right in the center of town near the pond and near the bus station. It’s good for tourists if they don’t want to walk too far for a hotel. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and delicious. Great coffee. It’s a relaxing place.
"Really nice stay in Stavanger"

A really nice hotel in Stavanger. My room was in the highest floors and had a nice view over the city and the ship in port. Room was really quiet and I had a nice sleep. Gym and sauna are basic, but still offer a nice experience. Breakfast area gets a little bit crowded in busiest times but the staff makes a good job cleaning tables and vacating tables. Everything you need is near the hotel, just a small walk to old town, cafes, restaurants. If you come with car then at first it could be difficult to spot out in which direction you need to go after leaving parking house - maybe few signs would help.
