Fantastic hotel in the city, close to restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and the bus/train station. The hotel is clean, have great facilities and the staff is serviced-minded. I would recommend staying here, but it can get a bit noisy at night so a room on a higher floor would be best.

Comfy rooms and beds. The lake view is worth the extra cost. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent location. Everything in walking distance. Good bar. Breakfast quite simple, but can't have it all I guess.

Brilliant hotel really friendly staff really comfortable rooms and furnished to a high standard. I was initially booked in for one night on a business trip. However after waiting at Stavanger airport for hours my flight was cancelled and was told by text by airline to book a hotel. I returned to the hotel without a reservation the reception staff where so sympathetic to the issue found a room. They have gone over and beyond. I think my airline should visit this hotel to learn how customer is done

Very satisfied with the overall service, facilities, room, cleaning, location and stay. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom clean and delicate, nice lake view, great breakfast options, and several work space spots.
