Radisson Blu Hotel, Sheffield, A Verified Net Zero Hotel - TripAdvisor traveler rating

We had a lovely lunch here today. It's a super spot in the city. The staff were excellent and food was really good. Will visit again.

The rooftop setting at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Sheffield, overlooking the Peace Gardens and Town Hall, is spectacular! While we really enjoyed the experience, the afternoon tea did not live up to the lovely surroundings. The lobby area had that wonderful, signature Radisson aroma, and we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who directed us up to the top floor. The lobby and reception toilets were spotlessly clean. We were completely "wowed" when we stepped out onto the terrace and the views were definitely the highlight of our visit. Our table was dirty when we arrived, though a staff member did clean it promptly when they brought our plates and cutlery out. We used a Wowcher discount voucher for the afternoon tea, and we were glad we did. To improve customer service staff could do a quick five-minute check to ensure everything is alright, or ask how the food was when customers are leaving. Thank you for the experience and location. As a Radisson member who has stayed in quite a few of your hotels, I know that this could have been a better experience. We will definitely return in the future, but only for drinks on the rooftop terrace!

I was recently involved in hosting a conference here for ~90 people. The event went really well and we had SO much positive feedback about what a great meeting it was and how fantastic the venue had been throughout. I just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks to all involved: - Angelica the star organiser, who was completely fantastic throughout. Her communication and attention to detail removed so much of the stress of this and all worked out exactly as we had hoped! And thank you also for having the patience to put up with my endless emails, room layout worries and number change requests. - Kazik was amazing and never seemed to stop, every break was spot on, and the room was reset frequently without us ever really noticing he was there. He was so helpful throughout. - The cleaning team who I noticed several times kept the whole venue and toilets spotless throughout. - The kitchen team who provided us with such brilliant catering. I heard so many good things about the food and the restaurant (especially desserts!) the only issue was persuading people to return to the conference after lunch 😊 - We also had loads of great reports of the rooms from the people who stayed in the hotel so if you could pass on to all staff involved in that also. Overall I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to organise a event, meeting or conference.
