We had a great experience at this hotel. Perfectly located, easy access to all the sites, restaurants, bars, etc. Beautiful area, safely walk around and take in the sites! Staff was so professional and accommodating. The breakfast was AMAZING! Hotel was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will look forward to returning.

We had a fantastic experience staying here! We actually wished we would have been able to stay a couple more nights. The staff were wonderful and friendly, the room was beautiful and clean, and the proximity to the beautiful old town was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

A fanatically located and managed hotel. Staff all exceptionally helpful. A building with history with a safe and comfortable feel to it. I can't think there would be a better hotel in town. Food and drink were top class.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, central location, the old-world charm of a 13th century building, beautifully restored. From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. The team went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, had a smooth check-in, answering questions with patience, and always greeting us with a smile. Their professionalism combined with sincere kindness made the experience feel personal and memorable. Thanks to the wonderful staff at the reception and at the breakfast restaurant each morning, my stay was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable from start to finish. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service in a beautiful location.

Had the best stay at Radisson Blu Salzburg! The staff were super nice and even helped us with our large luggages (to the rooms and even down the stairs upon check out), we really appreciated this! The location is perfect, we could walk everywhere easily. We were given a room with a river view and it was honestly so beautiful. The room was really spacious and comfortable. Plus, we even got free chocolates at check-in. Everything was just perfect. Would 100% stay here again! I was genuinely sad to leave.
