As always the welcome is so nice when you arrive off your plane into Riyadh. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. I have come to this hotel for work many times over the past few years and it remains to same team of smiling staff ready to greet you on arrival and support you with any requests throughout your stay. A big shout out to Fatty who is one of the best concierge people I know! Thank you to all the team at the Radisson, Riyadh !

The hotel is close to the airport so its an excellent location, the staff are friendly and helpful especially Fathi the concierge, he always makes my stay enjoyable!

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Abdalah, the reception gentleman, for his professionalism and calm demeanor. Even when I was upset and nervous, he remained composed, kind, and handled the situation with grace. I also extend my gratitude to the General Manager, whose politeness and attention to detail were remarkable. He personally ensured my comfort by arranging a room change, which I truly appreciated. Finally, my thanks go to Mr. Fathi for his excellent service and unfailing politeness. Your team’s dedication and respectful attitude made a difficult moment much easier, and I am grateful for the care and professionalism shown.
