Everything was excellent, and I would especially like to thank Razeek and Anthony for the care with which they tidied up the room every morning, but above all for the genuine smile with which they greeted me whenever we crossed paths in the corridors. I truly want to highlight this to the hotel, as they undoubtedly made my stay even more enjoyable.

Moez and nalim 1. Venue and Facilities • The conference hall was suitable in terms of space and overall setup. • The cleanliness level was consistently good throughout the event. • Technical equipment (audio, projection, lighting) performed satisfactorily, with quick response from the team when needed. 2. Hotel Services • The hotel staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in all interactions. • Catering services were good, though we recommend increasing service speed during peak times. • Coordination with the event team was smooth and greatly supported the flow of the program.
