Emergency light at my room was disturbing my sleep!
Window located too low & fully open; very unsafe!

Make sure you book an extra bed. We booked over phone but weren’t given any extra beds for the children until we asked (3 times).

Do not hesitate to ask Radusson to organise your transfer from and to Dubai or muscat.(Pierre T)
Parking was way too big.

Excellent stay! This hotel features with its professional respectful supportive staff, including Ms. Jenan in reception (who upgraded my room), Mr. Habib (from housekeeping team), the nice engineering person (from Heidarabad) who spent good time to resolve my personal issue (related to my sunglasses), and the breakfast manager and staff.

I stayed for 2 nights and it is always a very good time at Sohar Radisson Blu . All the staff is very nice and professional. Rooms are very comfortable and service at very high level. Special mention to ladies at the desk and also to Malek for organising our transfer to and from Dubai. Again thank you and see you next time. Pierre
