Our stay at the hotel fully met our expectations, thanks to the quality of the welcome and the attentiveness of the staff, who were always available and genuinely concerned about guests’ comfort. We would like to express our special thanks to Abderrahmane, the lobby bar manager, who stood out for his warm welcome, impeccable professionalism, and constant good humor. Always present with a smile, he knew how to anticipate our needs and create a friendly atmosphere where we instantly felt at ease. Whether it was for a morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink, his attention to detail and the way he interacted with guests made every visit to the bar truly enjoyable. Beyond his role, Abderrahmane perfectly embodies the spirit of hospitality of the establishment — attentive without being intrusive, courteous yet genuinely natural. It’s thanks to people like him that a stay becomes a memorable experience, filled with warmth, care, and professionalism.
