My stay at this 5-star hotel was truly outstanding thanks to the amazing front desk team: Xueyi, Fiona, Taylor, Quin, and Lynn. Each of them delivered warm, professional, and thoughtful service from the moment I arrived. They handled every question with patience and every request with efficiency. Fiona and Taylor were especially attentive, Lynn and Quin made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Xueyi impressed me with clear communication and great hospitality. This team made me feel valued throughout my stay. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars!
