





We really liked the hotel! 🤩 Everything was beautiful, neat, and very clean. The views were amazing! However, I would like to mention a few things. There are not enough beach sun loungers, even though there is clearly enough space to add more. People were often arguing over them and almost pushing each other away just to get one. It created some inconvenience for us. Also, the kids would have loved to see French fries in the restaurant menu. It’s not a big issue, just a small suggestion. The location is very convenient. “Venice”, VinWonders, Safari Park and other attractions are very close by. We also really liked that the hotel provides free tuk-tuks. It’s very convenient and practical. I especially want to mention two of the drivers, Louis and John — they were extremely friendly, kind, and always smiling. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists named Taylor. We were very disappointed. He seemed like he didn’t know how to communicate with guests and was quite rude, always with an unhappy expression on his face. We noticed that he treated Vietnamese and Chinese guests politely and with a smile, but with us he was very slow, acted like he wasn’t listening, and spoke quite rudely. Why is that? Should nationality determine how guests are treated? He also did not check us in on time, so we had to wait for a very long time. We were promised a room close to our friends’ room, but in the end we were placed very far away from them. According to the rules, check-in should be at 2 PM, but we only received our room around 5–6 PM. And we arrived at the hotel at 8 AM. Eventually, another staff member helped us, because Taylor told us to come back at 5 PM and promised to give us a good room. But when we returned, he was no longer at work. The room we finally received was still very far from our friends. When we were checking out, other guests told us that they had visited the spa for free because it was included in the hotel stay. However, when we asked Taylor about this earlier, he told us that there were no free spa options available. So we were very disappointed with this employee. Aside from that, everything else was great! It’s a calm, family-friendly hotel. There is no animation or entertainment, so if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place to relax, it’s a good choice.
