I chose this hotel among many others nearby to take a rest, and my experience was truly wonderful. The room was clean, and the facilities were complete and comfortable. I met Cyrus and his friends Jasmine and Sophia — they were all very kind, lovely, and helped us with great enthusiasm.

The One Touch Service staff — Jasmine, Sophia, and Cyrus — were always ready to help us whenever we needed. We spent a week here for our vacation and felt extremely relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. My family and I truly enjoyed our time here, and we’ll definitely come back again next year!

"Lovely Hotel with Excellent Service"

The hotel is beautiful and charming, and the room facilities are all in great condition. The front desk staff, Mr. Cyrus, handled our check-in quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate that he allowed us to check in early at 11:30 after a long and tiring flight. I’m also very thankful to Ms. Jasmine and Ms. Sophia for their warm and helpful assistance. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of during my stay here. 💖

The staff member who checked us in, Mr. Cyrus, was very kind and friendly. He completed the check-in quickly and provided all the necessary information. I’m also very grateful to his colleagues, Ms. Jasmine and Ms. Sophia, for their warm help in finding our lost passport and keeping us updated via WhatsApp.

I accidentally left my phone in a taxi on my way to the airport, and I was so worried I would miss my flight. Luckily, Cyrus, Jasmine, and Sophia immediately stepped in to help. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and efficient — thanks to their quick action, I got my phone back just in time to catch my flight. I truly appreciate their professionalism and warm support.
