Food was excellent, the service was superb. Nice ambience and relaxed atmosphere. Special recognition to our server Melinda she was attentive and sweet. The chateau brand was cooked to excellence and the vegetables were as they should be served.

I stayed with a group for work here at the Radisson Blu in Malta. The property is very clean, the rooms spacious and the staff really friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the Le Bistro restaurant and we really enjoyed it. Fast service, always smiling and constant attention to the customer. Excellent service and staff is very accommodating. First time in this restaurant and never disappoint me. Level of service is so high that you will feel you ate in Michelin restaurant. Ms. Gherlyn and her team is really an asset and her customer service is beyond expectations. Will recommend to friends and family that will come here in malta to dine in le bistro. I never experience in belgium this kind of service and food is Soo delicious that will make you eat more.
