The hotel is located at the top of a ravine, but a beautiful walkway leads from the port to it. Arrived early morning and was checked in very easily. Three Lifts to all floors make it easy to get around. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed with loads of space for wheelchair access, even the bath, toilet and shower,of which there were three. Breakfast was a joy, as the vast amount of choice made it easy, catering for all tastes. Tea and coffee brought to your table almost instantly. A mini pool for under 10s has a climbing umbrella, the main pool is spacious and well looked after. Activities in the pool range from aerobics, water polo, and the running mat.Music is provided at a sensible hearing level and on our stay a violin and saxophone player were outstanding. Sunbeds are either poolside on concrete, or further back on real grass. A great variety of meals, drinks and ice creams are easily accessible close to the pool. A second pool on level one is a QUIET pool and is a welcome break from the lower one. The hotel is immaculately clean, and was kept that way throughout our stay. Taxis to the port are easily obtained at the desk, costing 3.5 Euros. A vast range of restaurants are available, with a sparkling array of dishes to try. I had a different starter and main course every night of our 7 day stay.The cleanliness in the hotel is mirrored in the town, it's fabulous.and all of the locals are helpful and welcoming. The Thursday market down the mall is not to be missed. An awesome holiday place, I will be returning very soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

A great holiday - we were in a 4th-floor room above the quiet pool, and it was very clean and quiet. We really didn't experience any issues apart from the coffee machine not working, which was immediately replaced. We stayed around the quiet pool and didn't have breakfast after 9:30 or dinner really late, so not sure if it was down to timing, but it worked very well for us, and it would be unfair to fault what was an excellent experience

This was our 6th visit to the hotel. It’s always been a pleasurable and memorable experience. I have no doubt we will be returning soon.

We are here now and I have got to say, the staff make this hotel just extra special. They are all so polite and engaging - and nothing is too much to ask! Tamara and Jean Pierre in the pool bar have the most brilliant customer service. When we checked in Miguel and Pedro provided a very warm welcome and Saga helped us with such kindness when a small issue arose. The lovely bellman as well (with a pony tail whose name I have forgotten!) gave me a tour today and he took was just superb. This is our second visit and I know we will want a third!!
