Absolutely THE best hotel in Gran Canaria. For many many years we’ve been staying here enjoying the most relaxing and peaceful place ever! For us this place has always been a truly wonderful time to really load the batteries! This time receptionist Jesus greeted us with a big smile and the best service possible! The superior room overlooking the pool in the quiet zone is so amazing and relaxing! Everyone working here do their absolutely best to make your stay a memorable one! Also the SPA people and the massage is amazing! Highly recommended! The breakfast is great - especially the freshly made juices - amazing food something to enjoy for everyone! The Radisson beds are famous and fantastic comfortable . I would also like to say that even if the hotel is not a new one the maintenance is so incredibly well done keeping the resort always clean and fresh and really deserving it’s 5 stars! Thanks again to the entire staff for giving us a fresh and healthy stay!

Sometimes you get home from a holiday and you need a holiday. Not with Radisson Blu, Puerto Mogan. This was the most relaxing holiday ive ever had. I went home truly refreshed and recharged. Room was spacious, over looking quiet pool. Comfy sunbeds on balcony that got morning sun. Clean. Loved the shower area. Bed too soft for me, but that personal preference. Very quiet at night. Bottle of wine was nice touch. I was bed and breakfast. Breakfast was perfect. Lovely options. The choice of different breads and cheese and meats was fantastic. Loved the tomato bread and the garlic. Couldn't fault the breakfast. Staff friendly and service good. Nice big pot of coffee on table. The quiet pool area was nice but I prefered the sun deck on top of block 2. The sunbeds were padded , plenty of them , quiet and great views of mountains and pool below . I was B&B but eat at the al carte restaurant , Filini, one night. Service and food ( cheese plate and prawn pasta) was top rate. Rest of holiday i eat in town. Plenty of places in puerto mogan. Hotel location is perfect. 10 to 15 minute walk either down wide bolavard or narrower walk way by dried river bed. All totally flat and good surface. A few shops and bars ( my favourite was Cafe quintin) on way to town. In town good restaurants and bars. Bus station for island wide buses. At Harbour there is ferry to Puerto Rico and beyond. Also in town archaeological trail of pre spainish inhabitants, the old fishing area and mirdor and pretty Harbour area. A beautiful relaxing town. Back in hotel so many quiet plsces to sit and relax. A very spacious hotel. Felt so chilled and relaxed. Overall a brilliant relaxing holiday. As a solo traveller it was ideal, it was easy to keep myself to myself . Felt safe and well catered for. I will be back. Next time with family as so much for kids as well .

Super hotel. Very personable and hard working staff. Really comfy bed and well appointed room. Extremely peaceful. Food was plentiful and lots of choice. We had a wonderful week. Thank you.

I returned to the Radisson Blu hotel after first staying in 2019 - the hotel was even better than I remembered. I had asked the hotel to arrange a private transfer for us from the airport - the driver was waiting for us when we landed and drove us straight to the hotel where we were given a glass of cava whilst checking in. The premium room we stayed in was great - top floor overlooking the quiet pool (which we requested) and we received water each day in the room. The website/app was brilliant - I could request any extra amenities for the room and book daily tennis (€15 per hour) and table tennis. Yoga with Anthea on the sun deck at 11am was also a highlight. We found the food (breakfast and dinner) excellent and varied. A wonderful stay - we will definitely return.

Adrian, Alberto and Christian were very fun energetic and entertaining poolside and got everybody involved in games they were great!
