Good drink good food good animation

We arrived for 1 week at this majestic hotel; We got served cold drinks before we had to fill out the paperwork. The food was very good overall - even the 2 restaurants we visited. The facilities are really up to par - clean, enormous and the thalassotherapy is really top notch! The massages, save 1, were truly the best; the aquagym also and hats off to the 2 gentlemen who got us through this; one name was Hamza (maybe I got it misspelled, sorry about that. Even got to attend a cocktail reception given by the charming GM. Our hotel room steward, Mourad, was all smiles and very attentive to our needs (although we did not ask much): The rooms are enormous and a plus is the special toilet, separate from the bathroom which is a plus for me. The excursions organized by the hotel are also well-done and very nice to do.We took one dessert excursions (1 day - a long day with 3 hrs back and forth to drive 4x4 in the dessert) and a half day excursion to the right side of Djerba. One B-mol: the hotel is not near any city center ... but a taxi (cab) can easily be arranged from the friendly and courteous hotel front desk and concierge (also she is very efficient).

We had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Djerba at 1-8.10 with my wife and familly. It will be a little bit long opinion but completly reflecting how I feel about this stay. The hotel is clean, very well maintained and offers excellent leisure facilities. Its interior is very elegant and bright. Like a palace :).The beach is one of the biggest highlights — large, clean and beautiful, with plenty of space to relax. The food was also excellent, with a very good variety of dishes throughout our stay. The outdoor of the restaurant is a perfect spot to eat a breakfest admiring the beauty of the sea. However, what really made our experience special was the exceptional service from the staff, especially two people who deserve particular recognition by name. A special thanks to Nadia, who looked after us from the moment we arrived and immediately helped us with our check-in and accommodation. Throughout our entire stay, she regularly checked that everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. She consistently went above and beyond our expectations and genuinely made us feel looked after. Nadia also helped us organise our excursions around Djerba. Her recommendations and assistance were excellent, and the trips she helped us choose completely met our expectations and allowed us to experience the best of the island. Her professionalism, commitment and genuine care for guests are outstanding. We felt taken care of throughout our holiday. I would also like to give special recognition to Mohammed, one of the young bartenders (tall, skinny guy ca. 21 years old) He went above and beyond to make sure our drinks and bar service were exactly what we wanted. His cocktails, attention to details and level of service were genuinely comparable to very good European standards. What impressed us even more was his attitude. Mohammed is extremely friendly, approachable and professional, and his excellent English made communication effortless. Talking with him is like talking with a guy you know for a years. The combination of the beautiful beach, excellent food, clean and well-maintained hotel and exceptionsl staff made this a truly memorable holiday. Thank you. We will come back for sure.
