I had a bit of a rocky start when I first arrived at the hotel, encountering a frustrating situation during check-in that definitely didn't feel like a 5-star experience. However, how a hotel handles a problem is the true test of its quality, and this property passed with flying colors. As soon as the issue was brought to light,a bumpy arrival was entirely redeemed by world-class management there was a mix-up with our reservation and my room wasn't ready and the Director Mr Oreste stepped in personally to resolve it and the lovely lady Mme Amina AFiF the reception manager who helped me and assisst me during my stay in the hotel,also Mme Monia the HR manager. They didn't just pass the blame or offer a generic apology; they took immediate, hands-on action to make things right and completely turned my stay around. The rest of my time at the hotel was absolutely flawless. The amenities,The SPA Mme Houda was an angel on earth it was a big pleasure to meet her. And the overall atmosphere were good, but it was the incredible leadership and dedicated guest care that truly stood out. If you want to stay somewhere that genuinely cares about your experience from the top down, this is the place. I highly recommend it!
