The hotel is amazing , located at Prague zone 1 in the city center. You can easily walk to the center without a need of using the public transportation. If needed to use public transport you can find near by tram station and also a subway so its quite comfy. Also, the hotel is offering a high quality breakfast with a lot of delicious food plus the staff is doing an amazing job. Reach out to BENNY, MARTIN and their wonderful team for further assistance, they are top at their work , they gonna make your stay the best!. But on top you can find the reception team managed by mister GHALIB and his wonderful team: NICK, IBRAHIM, NINI, MARIAN, LEROY, NICOLA, NADIA and IGOR. Reach out to them for anything and you find them effective , friendly and warm welcoming. Chatgpt cannot compete with those guys :).. Enjoy your stay there .. For sure I'll come back.
Firstly, one of the best reception experiences we have ever had. The gentleman checking us in couldn't have been more informative, accommodating or helpful! Also when we left, the lady checking us out was equally as good.....well done! The room we had was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the walk in shower had strong pressure and was probably one of the best we have ever experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!!
I recently stayed 4 nights at Radisson Prague. I received a lovely upgrade to a suite. Seating area downstairs, bedroom upstairs. Very comfortable but unfortunately, no walk-in shower, and the shower upstairs was not convenient because of the sloping ceilings, therefore difficult to stand straight in the bath! I then tried the bathroom downstairs, but couldn't adjust the shower head to the right angle, so water went all over the floor! Also some stains on the carpet. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. A good breakfast but not the best coffee I've ever had! Although I was there 4 times for breakfast, nobody ever asked if I wanted a specific omelette or anything else. Some waiters should consider their personal grooming more. The bar was closed. I understand if there are not many guests, it might not be convenient to open the bar. However, for me, I like to go to the bar, to chat with staff or guests while enjoying a drink. It's not the same drinking a glass of wine in the restaurant or in the lobby. I surprised a couple of French friends who were visiting Prague at the same time but I had not told them. They enjoyed visiting my room where we could partake of a glass of wine. They were impressed with the hotel. In general, I walked everywhere, but occasionally took a tram which was very convenient, as it was free for someone of my age! This was my second visit to the hotel. I am sure there will be a third!
Among the best staff i have experienced at any Radisson property all were exeptional . Hotel is well palced away from noise and hussle of Prague but all of that within easy walking distance Building and rooms lovely and all food and drink outlest within the property were very good. Absoutely enjoyed and recommend this hotel .
