The ambience was vibrant, the food was genuinely well-crafted, and everything felt smooth — but what really made the evening memorable was Liza. She was extremely attentive without being intrusive, anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and handled every detail of the celebration with precision. From helping us plan the small surprise to ensuring the service stayed seamless throughout, she genuinely elevated the entire experience. If you’re planning a special occasion, this place is a safe bet — and if you’re lucky enough to have Liza attending to your table, you’re sorted. Highly recommended.

I have stayed in this hotel several times when I visit New Delhi for business meetings. This time I unfortunately fell sick the last day. The care and warmth the staff gave me was incredoble. Even at the airport I was met by a kind man from the hotel, Ashish Sharma, who had contacted airport management and gave me a first in line smooth check in. I highly recommend the hotel, for excellent location of course,, but the hospitality, friendliness and care was rare
