Wonderful place. Great location. Outstanding staff highly recommend. The kitchen staff were amazing made exactly what we asked. They could not do enough for us.

I had a lovely experience at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Mysuru. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. John and Soundarya assisted us during check-in and were extremely courteous. They even offered us a complimentary upgrade, which made our family trip truly special and memorable. I stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza hotel in Mysore for a night with my family and needless to stay, had the most wonderful and pleasant experience throughout my stay. I'd like to specially thanks Mr. John and Ms. Iffath Sadiya for their spectacular care towards us in ensuring that we have a smooth check in, starting from upgrading our room and even providing us with the most caring service. The room was well lit, cozy and came with the most beautiful city side view. We were also given complimentary Mysore sweets and snacks that were incredibly flavorful. The atmosphere as created for our room was extremely relaxing as the bed was highly comfortable, the bathtub added on to my relaxation and leisure, so did the subtle relaxing scent within the room. The hotel amenities were top notch, starting with the pool and jacuzzi that were highly relaxing and comforting. They were the perfect part of my stay at Radisson as they added on to the quality time I spent with my family as we had a lot of fun playing in the pool. What delighted me the most were the fantastic availability of amenities like fresh towels at several stations, large changing rooms, wide and clean showers loaded with bath products and even the relaxing sauna and steam room were extremely wonderful to utilise during my stay. All this made it a lot easier for me to avail the pool service. The pool in itself was large and well maintained as it was extremely clean. Coming to the highlight of the trip or something that I was the most excited to look forward to, was the breakfast. The buffet was perfect as it included an array of dishes starting from traditional south Indian breakfast options like dosa counters, idli, sambar and pongal; north Indian breakfast items like pav bhaji and a vast set of continental dishes like chicken stroganoff, pancakes, waffles, congee, donuts, danishes, muffins, fresh toast, cereal and variety of fresh fruit juices. I found the breakfast to be incredibly delicious as it caters to a large audience who have different taste and preferences. To conclude, what stood out to me at large was Mr. John and Ms. Iffath's kind and wonderful nature towards ensuring our stay to be the best at the Radisson Blu hotel. They really ensured that our stay was that of a highly relaxing and comfortable experience and this was done so by checking in on us consistenly. Speaking to us politely, caring and appreciating us as customers of Radisson Blu. I am grateful for all that they provided us with during the entirety of our stay as it is their hospitable nature that makes me as a customer look forward to visit and stay at Radisson again in the future. To anyone that wishes to stay at at Radisson, I highly recommend to do so as the wonderful service is truly unmatched to any other place.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here over the weekend. Right from smiling faces at the front desk to Soundarya who escorted us to the spotless rooms. The location was ideal too as it was close to Chamundi hills and a couple of tourist places we wanted to visit in Mysore. As usual, it’s always the staff that take the hotel to a higher level and they make the whole experience wonderful in this hotel.
