We had a very pleasant 4 night stay here with my family during Eid Al Adha holidays. The location was excellent, providing easy access to major attractions, restaurants, shopping malls, main roads, petrol stations etc The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well suited for a family stay. The outdoor pool was a highlight of our trip and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed spending time there throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from each morning. Almost all of the staff we encountered were consistently polite, responsive and professional, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a reliable and comfortable choice, especially for families or guests planning longer stays.

I had a truly enjoyable experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a great stay. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly hospitable, always going above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. A special mention goes to Wafa at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful during my stay.

I arrived at Radisson Blu around 9 PM, and although I was not pleased with the first room assigned to me, the experience was immediately turned around by the excellent customer service of Wafa at the reception. She was very kind, professional, and accommodating in helping me move to a much better room. I truly admire and appreciate her dedication to guest satisfaction. I would also like to commend Shirley and Shakira for their warm hospitality and assistance during my stay. Since it was my first time in Oman, they genuinely made me feel at ease and welcomed. Overall, the staff were very nice, helpful, and attentive. Thank you for making my stay more comfortable and pleasant.
