We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Moscow. The hotel is modern, stylish, very clean, and exceptionally well organized. Our room was spotless, quiet, and comfortable, and the entire property has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The surrounding neighborhood is also peaceful, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The staff were one of the best parts of our experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One useful tip for first-time visitors to Moscow: booking a taxi can be difficult if you don’t have a compatible Russian SIM card for the Yandex Go app. We found ourselves relying on the hotel staff whenever we needed transportation, and they were always happy to arrange a taxi quickly and efficiently. The restaurant on the ground floor is another plus. The food was very good, the bar has a nice atmosphere, and it was convenient to have such a good dining option inside the hotel. We also enjoyed the spa and swimming pool, which were clean and well maintained. Combined with the hotel’s excellent location, peaceful surroundings, and high standard of cleanliness, everything made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Overall, we spent several wonderful and relaxing days here, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a modern, quiet, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Moscow.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient spot. The metro station is really close to walk from the hotel. The rooms were clean, very nice decorated and very well organized. Truly multi-lingual staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient from the reception desk to the housekeeping team. I plan on returning to Moscow in a short time, and I 100% will stay here again.

Service standards are high, way above American and European hotels. Responsible and responsive staff, quick to act and attentive. Good quality hotel. Moscow is a beautiful city with wide roads and pavements and modern amenities.
