Parking is the normal stadium parking for £15 overnight and don’t trust the postcode they give you. Sat nav takes you to wrong place.(Loveleen A)

"First time visit to the Medlock hotel."

Really impressed with this brand new hotel. Extremely well presented throughout even though work not entirely finished as yet. We enjoyed dinner in the Three Rivers Brasserie with attentive and friendly service from Samuele. This is an excellent hotel and will look forward to returning again in a few months time when it is totally completed and new car parking facilities in place.

"Wonderful Stay for Manchester Half"

Location - Good - Very close to the tram line which takes less than 20 mins to get into the centre of the city. The area is very quiet when there isn’t a match on and it’s right Nextdoor to coop live. Atmosphere - Good - Modern hotel with great decor. Had a really vibrant feel to it. Rooms - Good - Room was lovely, fantastic in-room amenities, including a FREE fully stocked minibar, teapig teas, GRIND coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable, lovely decor and pillows were fantastic. Only critique would be there should be a lamp in the room as the main lights are so bright and when you turn them off it’s too dark. Bathroom was great, towels were extremely plush. Value - Good - I paid using points for this stay but the price was c £160. I think it would be worth every penny. Cleanliness - Good - Hotel is brand new and everywhere was spotless. Noise - Good - No noise concerns. Rooms aren’t soundproof so you do get some noise from the corridor, but this is limited and minimal. If you’re a light sleeper I’d suggest asking for an end of corridor room. All rooms are not close to elevator. Service - Good - Staff were extremely helpful, went above and beyond with my questions and requests and were really well presented in “dressed down” suits which I feel really fit the vibe of the hotel. Amenities - Good - Gym on site, messaging tool to contact reception immediately, breakfast was fantastic with a good selection of items.
