Location is perfect for the coop arena. The hotel is beautiful, welcoming and helpful very pleasant staff. Rooms a excellent, clean, equipped with ,hairdryer, coffee maker, kettle, tea etc,,steamer,shampoo,conditioner, bodywash, lotion,towel, USB chargers. No phone, this is done via the TV. Food is excellent too. Will definitely return 😍😍😍😍

My wife and I visited the coop live. The Hotel is just a short walk. Front of house staff very helpful and smiling 😃. Security. Very good. Key card. Room not huge but resonable size. The only problem. Not everyone drinks Coffee. No tea making facilities. Just a pod machine. Which I have to say was very iffy. Working when it felt like. AC.great. Breakfast hit and miss. COLD PLATES. No coffee machine. Selection good. Staff again lovely. Very helpful 👌. The area around the Hotel is a building site at the moment. Bars and restaurants for the future. Should be a interesting place to visit soon.

A brand new hotel where the staff went above and beyond to help make our stay fantastic, we required some extra support which was catered for with ease , we enjoyed everything about our stay, comfy beds, good views, clean and fresh, great breakfast . We especially appreciated the friendly helpful understanding staff who could not be faulted, this made our first stay in Manchester a breeze and we would stay again without hesitation.
