Very kind staff and always service minded. I have not experienced that kind of service level before. I had a really good experience. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of options and fresh food. My room was very nice and clean, with nice bathrooms. Overall, I had an excellent experience. Would recommend.

We booked a team event at the hotel and from start to finish our experience was fantastic. The staff area really helpful and special thanks to Meryam who did the booking and coped with many changes up to our trip! All with courtesy and professionalism. We stayed at the Radisson Blu Marrakech Carré Eden for five days, and our experience was truly wonderful. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city and offers a large swimming pool, a sunny terrace, a cosy bar, and an exceptionally generous breakfast buffet. Our junior suite was very spacious, beautifully equipped, and incredibly quiet — not a sound from the street reached the room, which made for excellent sleep quality. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. A special thank-you to Mr. Ez Zanborir at the reception desk for his kind assistance in arranging our guided walk through the Medina, the authentic Moroccan hammam experience, and for all the valuable advice he shared with us.
