I use this hotel at least 4 nights per month and I have to say with all honestly it is fantastic. From the reception staff, the management, the bar staff and the breakfast staff all outstanding. Like anywhere there can be issues but for me it is always how it is dealt with and this hotel is a prime example. If ever there are any issue at all the team do their upmost to ensure that it is resolved, dealt with and that you leave happy. It is always nice when staying away from home to see the welcoming familiar faces on all areas of the hotel. It is always nice to walk through the door to my home from home. Such an amazing team 👌

"Exceptional hospitality for a special occasion"

We recently celebrated our dear daughter’s 18th birthday at the Radisson Blu Hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly courteous and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and well cared for. Their thoughtful service and attention to detail played a big part in making this milestone celebration so special and memorable for our family. We’re truly grateful for their efforts and hospitality.

Amazing service by Arminda during my stay . Very warm and welcoming . Thou the rooms are very small , over all hotel gives vintage vibes . All the staff are very helpful .

The reception was really helpful. My card declined multiple times for some strange reason and he was very patient while I was dealing with it. Please give Dev a round of applause for his good work!!

Location: Good location but would need to pay for hotel hopper or taxi from the airport. Hotel hopper back to the airport could take 40minutes depending on traffic and stops. (Quicker from airport to hotel) Uber or taxis quicker but more expensive. Lobby: Nice and friendly atmosphere staffed at all hours. Rooms: Clean rooms and room service that can accommodate your sleep patterns. Rooms service does a great job cleaning rooms. Service: Friendly service that are happy to help. Food: Food courses can be slighly expensive but the portion sizes are large and good value. Skyway Brasserie has good food and friendly service that make you feel welcome (I was served by Christina and Alicia). Some vegetarian options available. Breakfast has wide variety of fresh fruits, juices, cerial, alternative milks, pastries and cooked breakfasts. Rewards: I would reccomend getting a Radisson rewards account for points and discounts for food. (I received a 10% discount on food at time of this review)
