Great location near Warren Street or Euston station. Lots of shops on the street.I looked at previous reviews from dissatisfied users. Ignore them!! Rooms are clean have iron & ironing board small fridge, kettle. and safe. Ice machines on corridors. Bathroom has bath and shower with toiletries. The room was large lots of storage and beds were really comfortable..honestly best pillows ever and I've been all over the world in hotels. My big shout out is for Kyle the maintenance man, I had problem with the heating and he came quickly ...one of the nicest guys you could meet. His manager brought me a heater just in case I needed a bit extra heat.I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel room was lovely beds so comfortable! And the reception staff wow so very friendly and welcoming and helpful , we checked out and left our luggage for a few hours whilst we spent the day out and about we came back to collect bags and the staff at reception got us a taxi ordered and advised us best way to get back to airport oh and also have my little boy a goodie bag which was ever so nice , little things go a long way so well done team you get my high regards for your service you have us and we will happily re book to stay again

"An enjoyable stay"

An extremely pleasant experience from start to finish. Starting with the check-in I was able to check in at 11:30 which (as regular travellers would agree) makes a huge difference compared to having to hang around for a few hours. Apparently there had been a booking mix-up and my company had only booked a single room, However i was given a much larger twin room which was really appreciated (although i have to say the bathroom was really tight) Everything in the room was fine, the Paddy & Scotts coffee was delicious and a refreshing change from the usual Nescafe, as was the fairtrade tea, However it would have been good to have more milk. The bed was also fine although (something I find regularly with all hotels) the pillows were too soft for my liking. Breakfast was also great - seated quickly, it's a buffet breakfast but you have the option to order something a la carte if you wish. very filling and tasty (although sadly they don't do smoked salmon for breakfast any more) Checkout was also seamless and efficient. Overall it made my stay pleasant and painless, and Radisson Grafton Street remains my hotel of choice for London.

The Hotel made a real fuss for my mum’s birthday.. cake and Prosecco … a really nice card, rose petals on the bed and free breakfast vouchers. It was really unexpected and so thoughtful thanks very much. Room clean and comfortable.. no complaints. Staff very friendly and helpful.
