Had a great check- in with Louie He asked us where abouts in the hotel we would prefer our room and we took his recommendation for a quiet room and it was excellent We were also given a complimentary drink at the bar which was a very nice touch. My only issue was the air con was up a bit too much in the bar/ breakfast room (others may have liked it, just my preference) We would definitely stay here again as it was such a great location, walkable to everything in London

This is our second stay with this hotel, both after long haul flights. I am a premium Radisson member (free to do this and I highly recommend for the additional services). We flew in to Gatwick at 6.30am and asked the hotel if the room would be available earlier than 3pm, they emailed straight back to say the room would be ready for us on arrival at 10am! We arrived at 9.30, it was already ready and was a premium room. We asked to have breakfast, as Sunday is until 11.00. Breakfast was 10/10, especially when compared to our airline food earlier. The mushrooms are truly to die for, the world’s best (up to now😀) ! The room was spacious and contained a much appreciated bath (with shower). It also had a Nespresso coffee machine and magnificently comfortable queen sized bed. We had the most amazing meal at the in-house restaurant (Steak & Lobster - see separate review 11/10) We were so tired we didn’t get up in time for breakfast today and chose to check out at 12 noon feeling relaxed. The staff were all so polite, so lovely, just ace. I/we would definitely recommend, whole-heartedly, 100%! It doesn’t look grab you from the outside, but don’t let that put you off, on the inside it’s ace and it’s our favourite UK hotel - bar none.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu was lovely and made extra special by Barbra. She is very customer focused, pleasant to talk to and is a credit to the Radisson brand. She goes above and beyond for us each and every stay, remembering us when we come back and our special requests are always accommodated. The refurbished rooms are amazing! Stayed just one night, but would recommend. The hotel is perfectly located next to Warren Street tube with northern line and Victoria line access. We were upgraded to a newly refurbished superior room due to our hotels.com level, and it was a beautiful room on two levels. The bed was extremely comfy, one of the most comfortable and peaceful nights sleep in a London hotel. Would stay again!

I'd stay again and again and on my third visit in just over a year. The staff are above and beyond amazing and the rooms clean and comfortable with good layouts that work well. I love also having a full size bath and that this brand always includes face cloths in the bathroom, I also loved the bath salts. The position of the hotel is perfect for any of the Uclh hospitals, and Euston Station a short walk away - Warren Street tube is next door and 2-3 minutes walk to Euston Square tube station. There's a huge amount of restaurants, lots do click and collect but for something far simpler lidl is opposite for snacks etc.
