I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and the staff were lovely and rooms are very nice. Roman was very nice during check in. The lady (I think she was team leader or definitely in a higher position) and manager on the desk in the morning of 26th November were also very helpful and all 3 of them checked up on us whenever we walked through the reception to ask us about our time at the hotel and always helped us.

The hotel was lovely, rooms clean and staff friendly. Roman was very helpful and polite. We would definitely stay again !

"Great location"

Stayed here for a night to be close to the O2 for a gig. We arrived in London by train and were early but we were able to check in anyway. The room was fabulous with great views over the river, even the bathroom had a great view! Roman was so helpful and friendly from checking us in and giving us helpful recommendations to arranging taxis quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.
"Excellent customer service by Chaymaa"

The one thing that made this such an enjoyable experience was the amazing customer service I received from Chaymaa. She was very sociable, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for her. The hotel was amazing, great location, but the one single factor that will make me go and stay there again is the lovely Chaymaa. 10 out of 10!
"Anniversary stay"

Amazing hotel and staff! We had the best night's stay here, room was stunning, staff were all attentive and polite, excellent location for the o2 (short uber ride) . I contacted the hotel prior to arrival as we were staying for our wedding anniversary - they organised a complimentary room upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite, early check in, balloon, rose petals and a card, then a small anniversary cake and champagne. These lovely gestures really made a huge difference to us and our stay and I am very greatful. Thank you. We will definitely return
