Absolutely fantastic. The room was clean, the service was so welcoming and professional and the gym was everything I wanted! Slept so good and breakfast was serving quality. Special thank you to Roman, Latif and Maria. Will come again.

"Exceptional staff"

Away for a friends birthday to see an event the hotel was booked as part of a package. Prior to arrival I had called to ask having a twin room and if they could add a bottle of fizz to the room Chaymaa went above and beyond with this and within minutes had emailed photos of room packages they provide. Nothing was too much trouble On arrival Roman checked us in, He was professional polite and discreet (as I needed to pay for the surprise room package) he even gave us to complimentary drinks vouchers for the bar. The room was lovely and clean and my friend was overwhelmed with the birthday decor they’d put in the room ( this really is a great service they provide) Our stay here was amazing and the staff and customer service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon
