Super helpful service! A big shout out to Roman on the front desk that went above and beyond to make our stay as great a possible.

We were given a warm welcome by the lovely Roman when we arrived-special thanks to him, he really did make our stay a special one and gave five star customer service! He was able to give us upgrades to a suite which was a lovely surprise! The rooms were gorgeous and spacious with great views and high quality toiletries. The hotel is in a great location and perfect for our stay whilst we went to see Mama Mia The Party at the O2 Arena. We will definitely be back!

What a stunning property only regret was arriving so late and truly wish I could have spent longer here- such a gem of a location overlooking the river and O2. Despite so close to city airport so peaceful and I had a fabulous nights sleep- the views were simply breathtaking and the room was stunning and super spacious and very clean. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again!

I stayed at this exceptional hotel for 3 nights in May. Bhavana and Ibrahim were so helpful! I cannot say enough about this wonderful place-this is my 6th time in London and by far this was the best hotel experience I have had. There is a spa with sauna, steam room and gym equipment which I used each day. A shuttle runs you to Canary Wharf in the morning and from there you can can travel anywhere in the city easily, (Return to the hotel on the D7 bus!) I ate in the Scoff and Banter resturant 6 times and food was very good. Nice bar vibe happening if you have guests to entertain. My room overlooked the river. I hated to leave.

Had a great stay at the Radisson Blu Canary Wharf. The ambience and customer service was outstanding. Thanks to Roman for helping me out with my stay requests and providing such an outstanding hospitality. Will be coming back soon!
