The refurbished rooms have made a big difference. Rooms are modern with all mod cons. I understand that nearly all rooms are finished now. Location is excellent, a stones throw from Oxford Street shops and Bond Street station. Reception was good, all staff kind. Breakfast was fine, not extravagant but everything you needed from cooked items, pastries, cereal etc, the breakfast room itself was cold but that could have been because there were some maintenance works going on. Will be returning.

Perfect for a weekend stay in London! Rooms are excellent - well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Service was brilliant - front desk team were professional and friendly, just what you need! Location is excellent, just a stone's throw from Bond Street and a short-ish walk to the beautiful royal parks. We stayed on the 6th floor, but you could still here noise from outside - but this is central London - I think the noise is going to be difficult to get away from! Would happily stay here again!

My husband & I with our children had a fantastic time at the Radisson Blu Hotel- Bond Street. Vivek along with his colleagues were really warm and welcoming. Vivek was so so polite and friendly and very professional. He paid attention to detail and gave us such an amazing service. He really is a people person, also knowledgeable about the menu’s and recommendations. We were so blown away by the Tea at Bond Street presentation. Aesthetically it was an experience my family will never forget. Thank you to all the staff! Going beyond and above their role! What an exceptional team! Please thank the chef for us too!! Great service by the bartender Yildiz. She was amazing and very knowledgble. A true professional who knows her work very well. The bar itself is beautiful and convienent because it is just opposite Bond Street Station. I will definitely come back.

This is my second time at this hotel. The hotel’s location is great; it is in a very central area. I stayed here last year as well and was very satisfied. It is a very clean hotel. The staff is friendly, and Ms. YILDIZ, in particular, is extremely attentive and very helpful. I would like to thank her and the entire staff for their great service.
