A very warm welcome as always, and lovely room upgrade. Haseena and Zubin always go out of their way to make my stay memorable. Breakfast is especially good, and the rooms quiet, clean and comfortable. As always, sorry to leave and excited for my next visit.

Staying to see a show this hotel is convenient for travel. Very nice welcome, it is next to sister hotel Radisson Blu Tottenham Court Rd. A good size room with lovely shower. The toiletries in the bathroom were good quality, and plenty of towels too. All clean and well presented. Tea/coffee (pods) in room, also safe, hairdryer etc. So well serviced with all you could need. Bedding was wonderful, big fluffy pillows, soft duvet and really comfy mattress. All led to a good nights sleep. Air conditioned, radio and television in room. All I could want (there was a flashing smoke alarm which they had tried to cover up, so perhaps check - it did not bother me). Lovely breakfast in the morning, with all I could want for a good start to the day. Friendly staff and good hotel.

i am very happy to stay in this hotel , the rooms are clean and i love the breakfast. all the reception staffs are very good and they treat me very well. i would like to say thank you to Haseena, she extend my stay many times and added breakfast also. The night receptionists are so good they helped me a lot. i would like to thank each and everyone in the reception the made my stay superb. special thanks to Abhijeet and Aruna for the support and everything. i will come back again ,
