Due to a mistake by Lufthansa, our luggage did not arrive with our flight. As we had an important event the following Monday morning, we were understandably very stressed. Even though it was not his responsibility, Samir personally took care of the situation, made phone calls, and found a solution. By 1:05 a.m., we had our luggage back. This level of commitment, helpfulness, and dedication is something you rarely experience nowadays. The Plaza Hotel is truly fortunate to have someone like Samir on their team. He saved our stay. Large hotel that our tour group stayed for several nights while we toured the area and played pickleball. Rooms were standard size with modern fixtures and lovely quality linens. We used the gym upstairs and had a high quality breakfast buffet. Steps away from a shopping mall, Italian restaurant and McDonald’s I’d definitely stay here again if have own transportation and don’t need to be in the central old town district. We did have some minor issues with our AC but it was finally resolved by changing rooms.

Great Hotel, comfy, cozy family suite, quiet, clean, great and helpful staff, good breakfast, underground garage, very safe, close to mall, highly recommended!

Everything was just excellent from the polite and welcoming reception staff to room cleanliness, comfort and restaurant service. Location is bit outside the city so a car is needed but plenty of shopping in the vicinity. Extra compliments to the pet friendlyness. If you want no nasty surprices during the travel this hotel is a fantastic choice. Apparently run by a very capable management team. It is easy to compliment places like this when everything just works.
