The location was great ; value for money ; good breakfast. I found the tub too high. That was the only thing I didn’t like

We had a great stay at the weekend and I’m surprised about recent bad reviews. We had a river view room and it was spacious, clean and well equipped. There was very little external noise and the bed was very comfy. The location is in what appears to be the financial area but very close to Princes Docks and only a 10 mins walk to other attractions such as the liver building and city centre area. There was some work going on in the main area but nothing of any significance to disrupt stay. I had a problem with aircon (my fault) and the guy at reception came straight up with me to sort it. I would certainly stay here again if I was in Liverpool, gives a slight rest from the busy nightlife of the city centre yet close to all the action.

Hotel was a lovely stay and staff were very friendly and helpful, the only thing I found across the board in the city in general was lack of public transport, getting into the city was a 15-20 minute walk

One night stay. Room was comfortable and very clean. Complimentary bathroom products, good hospitality tray. Bed was extremely comfortable, slept very well. Breakfast was also very good with a good choice of everything. Staff were excellent, courteous, professional and very helpful by bringing fans when the air conditioning failed to work. Nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely stay there again.

Was very sceptical having booked this hotel and then read the reviews after, but I needn’t have worried! We were checked in bang on time by extremely polite and friendly staff. Our room was cool (bearing in mind the temp was 33 degrees outside), clean and spacious. We lucked out and also got a river view room which was a great little bonus. Would not hesitate to book again.
