  • We had our conference here 7-9Nov the stafff were so helful especially Valatine. They were able to sort things out immediately especially keeping the bar open after the conference dinner. No meal was rushed.

  • After reading negative reviews we didn't know what to expect, but I'm glad we made our own minds up as we had a really lovely stay, we have payed more to stay at different hotels in Liverpool before now and had the same experience. Polite, helpful staff, modern hotel, and the room (premier room with river view) was lovely and had everything you would need for a night's stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. Lesson learnt- Make your own minds up before listening to negative reviews. 👍

  • Hotel was very clean and comfortable staff polite and breakfast was all that you would require in a week end stay. Bed was a lovely big king size plenty of room to spread out. Shower was very hot and clean bathroom. All facilities were there hair dryer ironing facilities kettle and drink facilities

  • Enjoyed the hotel and the wedding we were attending. Clare really went the extra mile to help us when we arrived in a rain storm and were feeling sorry for ourselves. Beds were good. Couldn't hear other people. WiFi great.

  • Good location only 15 minutes walk or 5 minute taxi ride into the town centre . this hotel is opposite the pier head where the ferry across the Mersey trip goes from. we stayed in the Junior Suite which is two rooms made into one so you have two bathrooms with one bedroom made into a lounge so you have plenty of space and wardrobes.
