5 star Nuno was amazing and was so helpful explaining the port differences and told us about his degree in alcohol and the difference between colours and tastes and how it’s made differently. Can’t recommend his help and knowledge and service any more. He was so helpful. We had a great rapport with him and it was lovely to listen to his expertise. A lady at reception recommended verde mar which was an amazing meal. Another lady at reception recommended the Adega das gravatas which again was amazing. The hotel is slightly outdated and you can hear the other people easily elsewhere but staff amazing. The help to our colleague with allergies was amazing and they were so accommodating. Very impressed.

I stayed for my birthday, originally with a booking of 5 nights with breakfast included. Being a Radisson VIP member I got an upgrade which made my stay really great and made me feel appreciated. They took notice that it was my birthday when I checked in which was a great touch. Had breakfast every morning and the buffet was amazing. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Really had an easy pleasant one night stay with our large family. Very convienet to metro and airport.

Excellent hotel everything was great the staff were so nice and friendly and helpful with all our needs it was only 10 minutes walk to the football stadium and less than 10 euros by taxi to city centre will definitely stay there again 🇮🇪☘️🇮🇪
